Updated Common Issues (February 2023)

A) Can't login to Vitalsigns

This issue usually means that the data server is stuck, and it goes away in a few minutes.
Try logging in a few times in the UI, otherwise check the data server.

B) Vitalsigns is not updating

Verify the elead data here. (Times are in EST)

Identify if there's data missing for one tenant or for all.

B.1) Missing data for all tenants

  1. Check the data server.

  2. Check the batchloader cron.

  3. Check if there are corrupted input files.

  4. Check the webhooks flow.

  5. Check the acd-listener processes.

B.2) Missing data for one tenant

  1. Check the webhooks sytel worker and tenant worker

C) Corrupted data

Identify if the corrupted data is processed or received.
