Overview

At its core, Vitalsigns is a generalized reporting and analytics platform. It allows for the incorporation of new data sets with minimal effort through a mapping process and allows for end user self service report, chart and dashboard creation. Data is automatically correlated by time, and by data groupings based on the input mappings.

Within Nobelbiz, Vitalsigns is in use in a number of environments. These include the Callcenter Operations implementations sourcing data from Web Hooks (ELead, Infocus, Charter, etc.), standalone Vitalsigns with customer provided data (Etech, Fusion, and Diamond Resorts), and Telco Ops sourcing data from the TM database.
