Most operations are simple and intuitive. Notes for various pages primarily indicate functional limitations.

Home Page

The "Customer Selector" (upper right) is intended to allow a privileged user to switch between tenants. Not operational.

Dialer queue names must match Sytel configuration, and must be correctly associated with Sytel Campaigns (names)

Workgroup Pages

Agent workgroup changes do not automatically execute sytel agent move operations at this time. After a workgroup change, agents will move to their new workgroup after they logout and log back in.
