CCM Interfaces

CCM exposes several web service endpoints for notification of queue events and status information, and utilizes SMRT web services to obtain SMRT project information and to request dequeueing / bridging of calls with routing instructions.

CCM also subscribes to SDMP ([Sytel's] Softdial Message Protocol) messages via a socket interface.
